Brian Malarkey, a Top Chef 2009 finalist, has opened a second location of his famous Searsucker San Diego restaurant here in Scottsdale. Located near Fashion Square Mall, it has a fun atmosphere and food described as “new American classics”.
The chef is Steven “Chops” Smith, who has worked at restaurants in the Valley including Different Point of View, Olive and Ivy, Noca, and St. Francis. Enjoy fare like Scottish Salmon with romesco sauce, rapini, and scallop cauliflower; or Loin Filet with lobster butter and cognac. Searsucker is open for lunch Monday through Friday, dinner daily, and brunch on Saturdays and Sundays!
