On Monday, February 3, make plans at ZuZu for an evening of food and wine featuring Hahn Winery of Monterey County, California. For Paul Clifton, winemaking started with the yearning to make a career change from firefighting. One day, he discovered winemaking equipment in his grandparents’ basement that they used during prohibition, and meticulously brought it back to working order. He now crafts the amazing wines at Hahn, and will be our guest of honor for the evening. His extensive experience and expertise with cool-climate-grape varieties is apparent in the award-winning wines Hahn Estate introduces each year. We hope you’ll join us for this Monday Night Chef’s Table and taste for yourself!
