We are excited to welcome a new pastry chef to our team who is shaking up the ZuZu culinary scene with fun new shake flavors for fall. Raised in Alamosa, Colorado and Santa Fe, New Mexico, Chef Lisa Graf left the continent at 17 to backpack through Europe. It was this culinary adventure that inspired her to become a pastry chef.Lisa has worked in notable restaurants throughout the country, including La Boca in Santa Fe, Mama’s Fish House in Maui, and Carafe Bistro in Portland, Oregon. Highly influenced by her hometown of Santa Fe, she loves to use local and seasonal ingredients, work with Southwestern flavors, and create one-of-a-kind ice cream flavors. Lisa recently introduced the all-American Banana Split “Show Stopper” Shake, complete with house-made toppings like pineapple upside down cake, a frozen chocolate banana, and sweet and sour cherry gummies amongst an array of other delectable treats.This October, Lisa is bringing the wow factor to the table with the State Fair “Show Stopper” Shake, complete with a vanilla Twinkie milkshake, strawberry sauce, funnel cake, a deep-fried cheesecake ball, popcorn ball, white-chocolate-covered Twinkie, cotton candy and more.Lisa gets her inspiration for these colorful shakes by taking a look at what’s in season, and playing into fun holidays and current events that evoke a sense of nostalgia. The “Show Stopper” Shake is loved and enjoyed by all ages and no matter what type of sweet you crave, there will surely be a shake that appeals to your sweet tooth.
