“Farmer in the House” Dinner | May 18

Join us on Monday, May 18 for a very special Monday Night Chef’s Table. It will be a “Farmer in the House” four-course dinner with special guest Pat Duncan of Duncan’s Trading Company and wines from Swanson Vineyards.

Pat is a fourth-generation Arizona farmer who has been in the fields since he was eight years old. He works closely with chefs to grow over 150 varieties of seasonal, sustainably grown produce. His farm offers specialty produce that can be hard to find elsewhere, including 18 varieties of summer squash and 15 types of tomatoes.

Swanson Vineyards was one of the earliest producers of Napa Valley Merlot. It now operates under the helm of winemaker Chris Phelps, an expert in Bordeaux and Napa styles. We heartily agree with their mission, “to celebrate the simple pleasures in life, made better with wine”, and will be serving four of their refined yet remarkably approachable wines.

Our chefs will be utilizing the freshest produce from Pat’s farm to craft the menu for this evening, which will be released shortly. This dinner always sells out, so we recommend booking soon; reservations are required and can be made at 480.421.7997. The event starts at 6:30 p.m., and the cost is $64 per person plus tax and gratuity. We hope you’ll join us for this seasonal celebration of food and wine.
