Halloween Cocktail Recipe: The Caramel Apple

When you think of Halloween, what flavors come to mind? Our head mixologist, Samantha Rogers, immediately thought of caramel apples, which led to the creation of this festive concoction. Stop in to the ZuZu Lounge or the restaurant now through October 31 to try this liquid treat ($12). Or, you can also make it at home!

The Caramel Apple

3/4 oz. Stoli Vanilla vodka
3/4 oz. Russian Standard vodka
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
3/4 oz. Caramel syrup
1.5 oz. Green apple puree
.5 oz Egg whites
2 oz. Brut Champagne

Shake all ingredients together (except Champagne) and double strain into a martini glass. Top with 2 oz. brut Champagne and garnish with a lime peel twist, top with a pinch of sea salt.
