This delightful new spot sits on Mill Avenue in the heart of downtown Tempe. Founded by ASU grad Julian Wright, Pedal Haus Brewery boasts a great selection of European-inspired beers and food. Two certified cicerones (the counterpart to the sommelier) can assist you with finding the perfect match.
Huge brewing vats are a part of the industrial décor and enhance the vibe as you munch on Maine lobster rolls, smoked chicken wings with white Alabama BBQ sauce, and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese. And all while watching your favorite game on one of many big-screen TVs.
The huge space can accommodate groups from 20 to 700, and the 6,000-square-foot patio is very dog friendly. In fact, they are developing their own line of dog food and treats made from the recycled spent grain from the brewery. Pedal Haus is at 730 S. Mill Avenue in Tempe, just north of University Drive. It’s open Monday to Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Stop by and take a tour, which is $25 and includes two beers and light appetizers. Enjoy!
