A wonderful way to visit Scottsdale is to take a ride on the Downtown Trolley or the Hospitality Trolley. The Downtown Scottsdale Trolley stops at the Scottsdale Arts District, Old Town, 5th Avenue shops, Southbridge, Scottsdale Waterfront, and Fashion Square. From Hotel Valley Ho you can walk down Main Street to 69th Street to board the trolley. It runs daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except on Thursdays when it runs until 9:00 p.m. for ArtWalk. It picks up every 15 minutes and it’s free!
If you want to venture further north to visit more dining, shopping, and nightlife, you can board the Hospitality Trolley. The closest place to catch the trolley from Hotel Valley Ho is Fashion Square. It runs daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. through March 30. It travels as far as the Scottsdale Princess, so you can stop at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and the Borgata on the way. It picks up every 30 minutes and is also free!
