It’s also a great place to meet up with friends or make new ones. John and Ray, the fabulous owners of Karsen’s, have told me, “There are no first-timers here; we treat you like one of our own.” People that I have recommended the restaurant to have told me that is exactly how they feel.
Not only is it a friendly, comfortable place, but they have the best burgers in Scottsdale! Locals love their sandwiches and salads, too. Their daily specials have become something of a local legend. The Machaca Beef Burrito is a true original, and another favorite is the Spaghetti & Meatballs.
