Just about everyone knows that Scottsdale has a free trolley that will take you all through the Downtown districts. You can hop on and off, shopping at wonderful shops and eating at great restaurants. BUT did you realize that with a little creative effort, you can use the trolley system as your starting point to get into Tempe (for FREE) and then Downtown Phoenix?
