“Farmer in the House” Dinner | May 18

Join us on Monday, May 18 for a very special Monday Night Chef’s Table. It will be a “Farmer in the House” four-course dinner with special guest Pat Duncan of Duncan’s Trading Company and wines from Swanson Vineyards.

Chef Wiley likes to let ingredients speak for themselves; he calls it the “lost art of un-embellishment”. The art of simplicity can also be applied to wine. Mark Lyon, the winemaker for both Sebastiani and Chalk Hill Sonoma Coast Wines, will be joining us for A Taste of Sonoma County on March 10.
