Our Monday Night Chef’s Table on January 13 will feature the iconic Napa Cellars. The winery was founded on 5 1/2 acres of prime Oakville soil in 1968 — the same year that Napa Valley was declared the country’s first agricultural preserve — and became famous for luscious chardonnays and authentic Napa reds.
