A new restaurant has just opened two blocks from the hotel, The House Old Town Brasserie. It is run by the same great folks that also operate The Mission and Zinc Bistro. Matt Carter, Terry Ellison and Brian Raab renovated a 1929 house and created a space with a charming, old European style.
You can feel confident that they will provide the same great service and delicious food they have become known for. I already have a guest who dined there and give it 5 stars!
The House is open every day for for lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch. It seats 70 guests inside and 100 guests on the cozy outdoor patio.
According to the Phoenix New Times’ Chow Bella blog, the menu is “WMW – “Whatever Matt Wants”. Stop by The House, on the north side of Main Street just west of Goldwater Blvd.
