Chef Lisa Graf is Shaking Things Up for Fall

We are excited to welcome a new pastry chef to our team who is shaking up the ZuZu culinary scene with fun new shake flavors for fall. Raised in Alamosa, Colorado and Santa Fe, New Mexico, Chef Lisa Graf left the continent at 17 to backpack through Europe. It was this culinary adventure that inspired her to become a pastry chef.Lisa has worked in notable restaurants throughout the country, including La Boca in Santa Fe, Mama’s Fish House in Maui, and Carafe Bistro in Portland, Oregon. Highly influenced by her hometown of Santa Fe, she loves to use local and seasonal ingredients, work with Southwestern flavors, and create one-of-a-kind ice cream flavors.
